Shipping and Delivery Policy
For shipping, we use Bpost, Colissimo, or Mondial Relay. We may also choose another provider in case of force majeure. You can choose between home delivery or collection from our store located at Avenue Houba De Strooper, 63, 1020 Laeken. Shipping is free within Belgium. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email from us.
Other important information:
MediaMonster currently only delivers to countries within the European Union.
Did you enter an incorrect delivery address?
Send an email to contact@media-monster.be as soon as possible. In some cases, we may still be able to adjust the address before it is processed.
Cancel your order?
Because our processing system is fast, sometimes your order may already be ready in the shipping warehouse or processed by the shipper. Therefore, we cannot warranty that you will be able to cancel your order in time.
If you still wish to cancel your order, please send an email to contact@media-monster.be As soon as possible. Please note! Emails are not read on weekends, and during the day we are not always up-to-date with emails, as our physical store is also operating at full capacity. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot warranty that we will see your request in a timely manner. We kindly ask you to only place your order if you are certain you want to, as once your order is being processed, it is difficult to stop it.
Returns are of course possible
Not satisfied with the item? You can return an item up to 14 calendar days after purchase.
First, send us an email to the address contact@media-monster.be so that the returns department is notified of your return. Do not send your packagethat after confirmation from the after-sales service.
Shipping costs are of course your responsibility.
Is the product unused and undamaged? Place it back in the box provided (or other sturdy packaging) and return it to us. You will be refunded within 5 business days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method you used for the original order.
