Return policy

1. Return Time: We accept return of reconditioned products within 14 days of purchase date for online purchases only. To be eligible for return, the product must be in the same condition as when it was purchased, with all its original accessories.

2. Exchange: You have 7 days to exchange after purchase in store.

3. Return Request: To request a return, please contact us by email or phone. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to return the computer. The customer is responsible for the return fee.

4. Refunds: If the return is approved, we will refund the full amount of the purchase, including the initial shipping fee, within 14 days of receiving the returned computer. Refunds are only eligible for online purchases. However, we reserve the right to hold part of the refund if the returned computer has been misused or damaged by the customer.
